Q: “Why is my label turning black?”

A: The labels used are thermal so sometimes due to the heat they will turn black, it will not affect the performance.

Q: “Why won’t my candle stay lit?”

A: Wooden wicks require trimming every time before use to prevent it from immediately going out, it may also be due to not burning the candle long enough the first go around which is causing the wick to “drown” or tunnel.

Q: “Why does my candle have a white-ish coating on it?”
A: That is called frosting and it’s a natural effect when using soy wax, it occurs because the wax is trying to return back to its natural form and as a result it begins to crystallize. It doesn't affect the performance of the candle in any way and also means your wax is 100% natural!
