Returns

All sales are final, no cash or credit refunds; Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit. 

Changed your mind? No problem. While we do not offer monetary refunds, you can exchange any eligible item for same scent/product or alternative product, or opt for store credit. Exchanges are accepted for [30] Days and will require an email request to be submitted. All products must be unused and in original packaging. 

Acceptable reasons for an exchange/store credit include: broken, damaged, leaking, or otherwise faulty inner packaging that is not due to shipper mishandling, wrong product/order, faulty product not as described/listed. We will not issue an exchange/store credit when you have used more than 50% of the product (special circumstances apply) if the product has been used improperly or for an unintended use, mishandling of product, because a sale was posted after you’d ordered already, or if you’ve submitted a request without pictures of the product you are requesting the replacement for.

Upon an approved request, you are required to send the product you want an exchange/ store credit for back to Rae Of Sunshine Candles and after receiving the shipping slip, you will receive your exchange/store credit, *shipping cost may apply depending on situation*

Sale items or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for a refund/exchange
